I have never been to San Juan before, so I researched plenty of restaurants. Couldn't get a reservation at my first choice Marmalade, so settled for Vianda as the reviews seemed impressive. Maybe it's "one of the best places in San Juan"

The best restaurant we ate at in San Juan, and that’s saying a lot. My wife works at a 5 star restaurant in Minneapolis, this place was recommended by the chef. My wife had the “best fish dish she has ever eaten in her life” which was the cod.
