SO good.
EVERY time. Everything is always so fresh, the meat is always good. The blonde bartender that worked on Saturday was nice and checked up on us frequently.

Came here for a double date around 8 PM, and the place was still lively with a good crowd. Luckily, we scored a big, comfortable table right away. Parking can be tricky since it's in a shopping center, but we lucked out with a spot right in front as someone was leaving. The food was excellent--beef was super fresh, vegetables were crisp, and everything tasted top-notch. The broth was flavorful and served piping hot, making the meal even more satisfying. Customer service was outstanding--attentive, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable. For an all-you-can-eat spot, the price was more than fair and well worth it. Definitely a place I'd come back to again for another fun night out!

I normally go here for lunch ($35) They have very fresh ingredients and lots of variety - meat, seafood, and veggies. For dessert they have ube ice cream soft serve which is so good.
Can you please bring back vanilla ice cream.

Everything was all good , the food was good until the end when a roach came from under the table where my wife was sitting an yet they still made us pay for the meal an only gave us a ten dollar discount . And the server was starting to get attitude to us as if we were lying an made us send the video to her manager. They could have done better...
Great experience here! I've been to several hot pot places
Great experience here! I've been to several hot pot places in Austin, and this one is a favorite. I went for dinner on a weekday and was seated right away with my group. I appreciate that they are very accommodating with mixing broths, and providing us with all the necessary utensils. The meat selection is great, but all the vegetable options are even better. I was able to try so many things and it gave a lot of variety to the meal. Bonus points for the soft serve ice cream for dessert!

My family took me here for Mother's Day and my daughter made reservations so we did not have to wait. There are so many variety of vegetables, meats, seafoods,sauces and desserts! The ambiance is family friendly and relaxing, surprisingly not loud. Our waitress was always checking in on us to make sure if we needed more meats, broth or drinks. I love that you can mix your own sauces. We had a wonderful dinner and recommend this place to anyone wanting something different to try.

I popped into SoupLeaf for some hotpot and absolutely loved it. The veggies and meats are top-notch. I just can't get enough of their quality. The service was great, and the atmosphere was spotless.

We're allowed 4 kinds of meat, but all kinds of seafood are in the buffet which includes vegetables. The soup bases and sauces are great!
Delicious Hot Pot Dining!
First time diner last night. No reservation. But, asked to be seated at the bar with my wife, which happened with no wait. Oh my, this place redefines, in a good way, hot pot dining. All you can eat — meats (lots of choices), seafood (lots choices), and all kinds of veggies, noodles, and 20+ sauces. $35 for dinner is a great deal. We paid $12 extra for snow crab. Fair price, but not necessary; won’t do that next time. Five or six broth choices. Can switch choice during the meal if you want to. Server/bartender was friendly and helpful. Large venue. Was full, but didn’t feel overcrowded. We will be back sooner than later. Now I know why it is so difficult to get a reservation.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Soupleaf Hot Pot Austin to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Soupleaf Hot Pot Austin!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
