Atop the Tivoli Hotel on the upscale Avenida da Liberdade. Stunningly decorated. Certainly a place to be seen. Wonderful food. Linda had beef tartare. I had grilled octopus. Both were delicious. Exquisite service. Beautiful city lights views.

Ruined my birthday
Worst experience ever. From the hostess who welcomed me at the elevator entrance to the hostess at the bar entrance. What a lack of professionalism and poor education. There are no words! First and last time, unfortunately on my birthday!!!

4.) Paiement & Protection
