Amazing lunch experience in Tivoli!
Ristorante Sibilla is a wonderful authentic restaurant located in the Historical Center of Tivoli-Sibilla. The food, service, wines, and atmosphere were outstanding. Every dish was well-prepared and delicious. Although we encountered a minor hiccup with a slightly overcooked lamb, it was promptly replaced with a delicious sausage. The staff was helpful, offering excellent food and wine recommendations. It was an amazing lunch experience in Tivoli!
Just simply the best.
What an absolutely stunning place and the views are breathtaking , we had my sons wedding evening meal there and the staff and the food and service was top quality and everyone else thought so too, it's a must visit if you are in Tivoli and we highly recommend this restaurant. Last but not least the sommelier Luca is one of the most loveliest, kindest and most likeable person you could ever meet not just because he's brilliant at his job but as a human being (he looks like my son as well haha) . We will be back as we just love everything about this place kind regards Steve and Deirdre (Sam+Lailas wedding party x).
Beautiful lunch experience!
After visiting the Tivoli Gardevs, we had lunch at the beautiful Sibilla Restaurant. Excellent unique food, wonderful service, great views and environment. All was special. I highly recommend! We will be back
Dining a few feet away from two temples built circa 150 B.
C. for the Sybil Albunea or for Hercules? You've got be kidding, right? NO, of course not. Come to Tivoli for fantastic food and ancient history.
A place to return to
What a great dining experience! We celebrated a personal highlight - and what a great place to do so. The red wine, primi and secondi were delicious. A restaurant to return to.
Recommend to us!
I made reservations for my husbands birthday and was not disappointed. The ambience was as I expected, almost like I was on a move set, lol. We enjoyed the evening with the 200BC columns by our table, what history. This was find dinning at its best n Tivoli!
Everything about this place is fabulous.
Exquisite location. Wonderful food and wine. My second time here first for dinner. Just can't say enough. The best!!
We walked the .
5 mile from the center to the restaurant and were greeted by unfriendly hosts. We were told we must have a reservation. The restaurant was EMPTY!! We were just two and asked if they knew of any other restaurants in the other. The rude host shrugged her shoulders and shook her head. Not one review nor any other information on Yelp says anything about reservations being required. We walked back to town and went where our tour guide took folks. They didn't want to help us either. Our tour guide did share the Tivoli people are very unfriendly. Unfortunately we felt it today.
One of the best restaurants I visited during recent 10 day
One of the best restaurants I visited during recent 10 day trip. This restaurant is located at Tivoli near Adriana's Villa Each dish was perfect and even wine recommendation was amazing.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Ristorante Sibilla Tivoli at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Ristorante Sibilla Tivoli page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at Ristorante Sibilla Tivoli to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection

* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Ristorante Sibilla Tivoli!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
