This location used to be great.
Now it's just rather average the last few times we have been here. For three of us, we spend $200 just for food. At that price and with Rick Erwin's reputation, it should have been excellent, but it's been just OK to not that great.

We had an amazing dinner for our daughter's 50th birthday celebration at Rick Erwin's in Clemson. The food was outstanding as was the service. All this in an upscale, clubby atmosphere! Great place to celebrate special occasions.

"Not Impressed"
The place itself was very modern and inviting. The food and the service for the price point was not up to par. Our waitress either was brand new or distracted. Provided lack luster service. I provided an acceptable tip (everyone has a bad day).

We visited here with our two daughters on Clemson Parents weekend after loving our dinner at the bar last year on Parents weekend (kids had decamped to a party). They are understandably packed on Parents Weekend, buy the service was slow and spotty.
