Tap a bid and you’ll see “Go to Bid Discussion.” That’s where you can comment things like:

Always tag the customer @Username so they’re notified. If they agree to any change in that thread, you’re clear to fill it under those new terms.

🎯 2. Filling Your First Bid
You’ve got a matching reservation — now it’s go time.
1️⃣ Click the bid.
2️⃣ Click the reward amount — this opens “Talk to Mr. AT.”
3️⃣ You’ll see: “Your bid fill rate must be 45% or higher to hold this bid.” No worries — everyone starts at 0%.
Choose “Answer this bid without holding it first.” Fill in the form and upload a 📸 screenshot of the reservation. The review team will approve or reject it.
 ✅ Once approved, congrats — your first sale is done!

🧾 Proof That Gets Approved
📍 Screenshot must clearly show restaurant name, date, time, and party size.
✂️ Don’t crop out details.
🚫 Be honest — false uploads can kill your fill rate fast.

💬 Communication = Currency
📢 Always tag buyers in comments (@Username).
💬 Keep it polite, concise, and fast.
🗂️ Confirm everything inside the bid thread so it’s on record.

⚙️ 3. Understanding the Bid Fill Rate
It’s your reliability score — how often you successfully complete what you claim.
🚦 Below 45% = you can’t hold bids yet, but you can still fill them directly.
📈 Once you’ve had a few approved fills, your rate climbs and you unlock full privileges.
💡 Pro tip: Focus on older or low-competition bids first — they’re easier wins.

🌟 4. Custom Concierge Bids (The Hidden Gold)
You won’t see these until you’re verified as a Concierge Seller. They’re “custom” or “restricted-market” requests (NY, FL, LV etc.) that don’t appear publicly. Getting verified is quick — just follow the prompts in your profile.

Once you’ve made a few sales, you’ll start getting alerts for future bids. For example, if you sold a table at Zuma's, you’ll receive pop-up notifications for new Zuma's requests.
When you’re verified as a Conciergerie, you’ll also get real-time notifications for new bids — they go straight to your phone and take you directly to “Talk to Mr. AT.” From there, you can decide whether or not to claim the bid.
🕒 Claiming gives you first rights and a system-generated deadline to work on it.
🚫 It prevents anyone else from filling that bid while you’re working on it.
