For high-end Vietnamese, this is the place to be.
The lotus root salad stole the show, and the shaking beef was wonderfully tender. My only critiques were that the pho felt quite Americanized, and the side vegetables tasted like they were straight out of a typical Chinese restaurant kitchen.

A Perfect Lunch Date
Le Colonial gave us a spectacular lunch. The atmosphere, with its old-style charm, was beautiful, but the food and cocktails were the real stars. Every dish and drink was thoughtfully made, and we left feeling it was a truly amazing and special meal.
