Excellent food.
One of the best french restaurants I visited. We had filet mignon, duck breast, "floating island" for dessert. Everything was very tasty.
Very cute restaurant.
Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was fabulous and the well known chef participated with interaction with the patrons. It was a great dining experience.

Cozy atmosphere, with great food and service.
We shared the escargot, which was good, and the shrimp ravioli (stellar), which the kitchen divided for us. The duck confit fell off the bone, and lamb chops perfectly cooked. For dessert we shared the floating island.

Wonderful neighborhood bistro perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a friends night out. It’s a small place so make reservations! Our server was fantastic! Definitely recommend the Brussels sprout salad and the coq au vin.

This location is amazing in a lot of ways.
Perfectly cooked typical French bistro fare is served. Traditional fare such as coq au vin, steak and fries, and potato galettes stuffed with duck confit are served. The meal is excellent, and so is the service. I always feel so pleased to be dining

Excellent, cozy, romantic restaurant! Will recommend this restaurant but reservations is a must. My second time dining here and I really love the ambiance of this place. Very detailed menu and good wine.

L'Ardoise is an absolutely charming French bistro in a residential area, an easy block or so walk from the Market-Sanchez muni/bus stop. The food was simply wonderful from start to finish. Appetizers: tiger prawn ravioles and escargot in crisp
Hidden Gem
Loved this very quaint French restaurant which is off the beaten path. Absolutely full with people --- so highly recommend making reservations. We had outstanding service from Oriane and enjoyed everything we ordered.
