So if you're craving bold, fish-forward ramen in a fun setting and don't mind queuing,Kodawari Ramen is a solid choice. I got there 10 min before opening and there was a line. So go either after the rush or before it opens.
Coolest ramen shop I've ever been to.
They were even playing ambiance sounds like made you feel like you were in Japan. & thankfully their ramen tasted amazing too. You do have to pay extra for the typical toppings (egg, corn, etc). Service was friendly and fast.
Ramen was AMAZING.
Flavorful broths I had the shiu ramen which is light and delicious. Pork belly was so good we had a second one for dessert!
