Rudly turned away at the door! Crossed the border into Canada on a Thursday to check this place out for Dim Sum. We were rudely informed that they we needed a reservation and they could not fit us in. Really, for a part of 2? Maybe you're awesom
Had my birthday banquet here last night.
The food was exceptionally good, the seating was comfortable and the serving staffs were excellent and were highly hospitable. Pricing was reasonable and of high value. I will not hesitate to come back for my next celebration here. Good job.

This review is more about the service than the food. The last time we visited Kirin in Richmond BC for dim-sum was Sept 2015, and even back then we felt the food quality and service was poor. Back then pre-covid the dim sum was nothing to rave about
