I’ve had several customers state you started transfer services with different restaurants. They are not completed . Can you close out any transfer requests you might have open? Please do not do the transfers and close them out stating could not transfer but reservation still good.

Thanks for your help earlier this week in getting me a great reservation at Le Pavillon for tomorrow (Saturday) night at 8pm.

I was lucky enough to get a 8:15 pm reservation (15 minutes later than the one you got me) secured on my own, and in my own name.

I'm more comfortable using this reservation in my own name than the one with the alias that you were able to give me (though I did confirm the reservation with the maitre d' at the restaurant, in person -- thank you, again).
