This was our first visit to Benchmark (on 5/18/24). I'd seen it driving by and wanted to check it out. We sat on the patio, which provided a great view of the dining area and the street. The food was excellent, and we will return because of that

2.) Un membre de la communauté prend l’enchère
* MaternalRecord73, un utilisateur expérimenté d’AT, a un historique solide de réservations réussies et peu de demandes de remboursement, il reçoit une notification concernant l’enchère de 200 $ de Peter.
* MaternalRecord73 accepte l’enchère, ce qui signifie qu’il va maintenant tenter d’obtenir la réservation.
* Peter peut désormais poser toutes ses questions à MaternalRecord73 pendant que ce dernier travaille sur sa demande.
3.) Trouver la réservation
* MaternalRecord73 utilise maintenant ses relations chez Benchmark Santa Ana pour obtenir la table.
* S’il parvient à avoir la table de 18h pour quatre personnes, Peter reçoit une confirmation lui indiquant que la réservation est sécurisée.
* Si MaternalRecord73 n’arrive pas à obtenir la réservation, l’enchère est remise en jeu pour qu’un autre utilisateur puisse tenter sa chance.
4.) Paiement & Protection
* Une fois la réservation sécurisée, MaternalRecord73 reçoit la récompense de 200 $ qui est créditée sur le solde AT de MaternalRecord73, où les utilisateurs gèrent leurs fonds et peuvent retirer leur argent via les options disponibles comme virement bancaire, PayPal ou Zelle.
* Peter peut alors profiter du dîner avec ses amis à Benchmark Santa Ana !
* Comme pour toutes les transactions sur AT, les litiges et les frais d’absence sont gérés via le système communautaire de résolution de la plateforme.
