I made a reservation at this restaurant and spent a lot of money. The restaurant then charged my card a £200 “no show” fee - which they are now refusing to refund. I recommend that you do not visit this restaurant as they have charged my card

Processus étapes par étapes
1.) Définir une récompense (enchère)
* AppointmentTrader utilise des données historiques pour recommander un montant de récompense raisonnable pour obtenir une réservation – disons 100 $.

2.) Un membre de la communauté prend l’enchère
* EternalAnt36, un utilisateur expérimenté d’AT, a un historique solide de réservations réussies et peu de demandes de remboursement, il reçoit une notification concernant l’enchère de 200 $ de Peter.
* EternalAnt36 accepte l’enchère, ce qui signifie qu’il va maintenant tenter d’obtenir la réservation.
* Peter peut désormais poser toutes ses questions à EternalAnt36 pendant que ce dernier travaille sur sa demande.
3.) Trouver la réservation
* EternalAnt36 utilise maintenant ses relations chez Ambassadors Clubhouse London pour obtenir la table.
* S’il parvient à avoir la table de 18h pour quatre personnes, Peter reçoit une confirmation lui indiquant que la réservation est sécurisée.
* Si EternalAnt36 n’arrive pas à obtenir la réservation, l’enchère est remise en jeu pour qu’un autre utilisateur puisse tenter sa chance.
4.) Paiement & Protection
* Une fois la réservation sécurisée, EternalAnt36 reçoit la récompense de 200 $ qui est créditée sur le solde AT de EternalAnt36, où les utilisateurs gèrent leurs fonds et peuvent retirer leur argent via les options disponibles comme virement bancaire, PayPal ou Zelle.
* Peter peut alors profiter du dîner avec ses amis à Ambassadors Clubhouse London !
* Comme pour toutes les transactions sur AT, les litiges et les frais d’absence sont gérés via le système communautaire de résolution de la plateforme. Les utilisateurs ayant un bon historique sont incités à honorer les enchères, et les membres de la communauté peuvent signaler les problèmes pour maintenir la confiance sur la marketplace.
