People obviously stay at this hotel for the astonishing view — and because there’s really no other hotel nearby. The room itself is comfortable and clean, but everything else is quite average. I don’t recommend having dinner at the hotel rest

The place to be
This hotel is the place to be for both sunset and sunrise in Monument Valley. There is a restaurant, a souvenir store and a small museum adjacent to the hotel. I'm very happy that we were able to stay here during our visit to Monument Valley.

They are NOT very understanding when someone has to cancel due to a medical situation (expected recover time 14 weeks). Apparently there is no exception when it comes to the cancellation policy. Yes I was charged a fee for a reservation two months
