Excellent! On our last day They picked up our bags in the room while we had breakfast and got it all settled in the cab so when we were done with Breakfast we just rolled into the cab and straight to the airport. Made us feel like rockstars!
One of the best places we have experienced
The place is fairly new so everything worked. The location is perfect. It's on top of a train station! The view is just wonderful. The breakfast & dinner is top notch. Room service is great. Concierge desk is among the best. Everyone there

Excellent view and location inside the Shard
Hotel is right next to London bridge tube station so very convenient for public transport or uber. View from the room is excellent. Service was great as well (including via WhatsApp). They hv a shuttle to Oxford st but only 10am/1pm with 5pm return.

Simply perfect for families! Very clean and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The kids had a blast in the pool – we were able to really relax. Highly recommended, we'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
