Terrible, wont be returning.
Unfortunately, my family and I did not have a good experience. We ordered veal osso bucco ravioli which were partially cold. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco which was served in wine glasses because they did not have sparkling wine glasses at the moment and later we were brought the glasses and the prosecco was transfered over to the pertinent glass. Once we finished eating, the plates were left in the table for a long time before being removed. The bread was not brought out and we had to actually request it after seeing other tables (who came after us) be brought bread. Also, the lobster mac and cheese was partially cold. Lastly, we had an issue with the check and a waiter, whose name is unknown to us, but he was short, tanned and had a beard, was extremely rude to us by talking down to us and making sarcastic comments. we will not be returning under any circumstance.

Special evening. Everything was perfect from cocktails to dessert! Rod our waiter was professional with his attentiveness providing excellent service!
Always a consistent amazing meal
No reservation and was seated immediately. Our waiter was very approachable yet professional. His timings were perfect. We were neither rushed nor delayed in our time from drinks through to salad, dinner and dessert. We had wonderful meals.
Disappointing!
My wife and I were in San Juan, Puerto Rico for a conference and decided to have a light dinner at Ruth’s Chris at the bar. My wife order the steak sandwich and I ordered the cheeseburger. We waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived our fries were cold, my cheeseburger didn’t have any cheese on it and my wife’s steak sandwich was merely bread and meat. We had to ask for cheese for the cheeseburger and béarnaise sauce for my wife’s sandwich. Service at the bar and host stand were not very friendly and service staff at the bar didn’t come around often and acted like they were “put off” anytime we asked for something. My wife also asked for the Happy Hour red wine that was supposed to be $9, but our waitress offered her a Cabernet instead, but failed to tell her it was $22 per glass. My wife and I have eaten at Ruth’s Chris restaurants in several U.S. cities, including our hometown and never had such a poor experience in either the main dining room or at the bar before. We definitely won’t be eating at this location next time we visit San Juan.

It was actually my first time going to Ruth Chris, I ordered. The bbq shrimp, the lobster mac, the stuffed chicken breast (best chicken I’ve ever had in my life) and the sun goddess wine. I almost fell asleep in my chair, that food was so good.
Pushy waitress
The waitress upsold in a misleading fashion. Expensive water and side entries. Not suggestions more like orders. Food was good but for the prices not excellent.
Birthday dinner
The food was okay but the service and ambience was amazing. Hector was our waiter and he was absolutely superb. The lemon drop I had was good and strong drinks are good.

* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Ruth Chris Steakhouse Guaynabo to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
