Good food, but overpriced and the experience spoiled by the supervisor
The restaurant decor is quite average and the staff does not make any effort to compensate for it. So you feel you are in a very average place which is very expensive, however. Now, the food is very good and we were lucky to be served by a very competent and gentle waiter. It felt that the dinner is rushed a bit, but we were fine with this as we were with the kid and did not have too much time. So overall, we were leaving the place satisfied and this is when the entire experience was spoiled unnecessarily. As we parked in a nearby Four Seasons, I asked if the valet ticket could be stamped by the hostesse. She very kindly explained that they cannot do it, but they will give me the copy of the bill to present in the Four Seasons lobby, which should be OK. And then the restaurant's supervisor poked his nose and felt he needs to be filled in about the topic of our conversation. He was pretty condescending and disrespectful with his tone and gestures, which made us feel like imposters who are trying to get our valet paid undeservedly. He pulled the hostess away from us and they started a conversation which we could not hear. At this point, I just thanked and walked away. I paid my valet in Four Seasons and forgot. But the situation left a poor aftertaste, completely unnecessarily.
I would not return to this restaurant
We went for dinner during our stay in Abu Dhabi; excellent service, very helpful and kind staff (more waiters than customers!). We ordered two glasses of Argentine wine (very good), a bottle of water, a plate of meat sushi and two burgers for a total of around €160. I find the price excessively high for what is offered. Location outside the center of Abu Dhabi.

Amazing service from Ozgur, Leon & Yosim
We celebrated a special birthday and anniversary at Nusrt yesterday. The food was brilliant, and the service from Ozgur, Leon and Yosin was amazing. They all looked after me and my family and I cannot thank them enough for making this a really special experience. Our baby was entertained by the team throughout the evening. Thank you so much guys and wish you all the best for the future.
Food is good but a bit expensive and shiny
I’ve heard about Nusr and as I am a meat lover I wanted to discover this place. I had an avocado salad to start which was worth the price and very tasty, avocado was amazing. Then I ve ordered filet mignon and french truffle fries and onion rings (amazing one). Sides were very good and the meat as well (blue cooked) , meat was tender and juicy and perfectly warm. Service is fine and it is located in agdm close to the four seasons hotel

Best possible meat
Wine could be better, of course it depends on the price range and the type you choose. But food is just amazing. Beef, Lamb is one of the best we ever had. Maybe we missed bigger portions for the sides. But all in all it is worth it!
Good meat but the sommelier is a disaster
Very good service made by Gokrum for a dinner for two. Unfortunately, this place has an « artist » that improvises himself as a sommelier and is unable to rencognize a wine « bouchonné ». To make it short, the wine list is truly average and the artist won’t refund a poor glass of wine that was truly outdated. When it comes to a bill of 400€ for two, it appears to me that this guy obviously hasn’t learned a y basic commercial rules and is certainly not well manered. Won’t come back again !
Not as I expected!
I was expecting to have the most delicious steak ever. Unfortunately, I am disappointed! You can have the same steak at Fridays at a significantly lower cost. However, the staff are great, nice and very friendly.
Not worth it. Spend on something else.
As a night out with my wife, she decided to surprise me by going to eat here. The greeting was like in any other chain restaurant with the regular warmth a cow would receive if going to be milked, second red flag (first red flag is at the end) Our waiter greeted us somehow differently and that made me relax, Gorka if I recall correctly, very attentive and professional server. We're clearly not the typical clientele and doing something like this is a "something special" type of occasions. So maybe the sommelier should have read the guests a little better. If I'm clearly not buying a full bottle and going for an overpriced glass of wine, then trying to sell me a 180€ bottle (from the region adjacent to where my wife is from and that costs around 15€ anywhere else) might be a little off. Third red flag. The meat was good, but no better than what I would find in a Hippopotamus restaurant chain in France. The fries were not home made but instead provably frozen and the truffle was not present, but a truffle infused oil that gave the taste, at 23€ a small basket, well... I really liked the server as he did an excellent job, taking into account my tip of 100AED was probably laughable compared to what he could have made waiting other tables. Served us the starters and took care of making sure that nothing was gluten contaminated (my wife is coeliac). If you're looking for a good meal, there are hundreds of restaurants that serve excellent meat in Abu Dhabi at a fraction of the cost and with just as good waiters. Although I had a nice afternoon with my wife, it's a restaurant I won't come back to (or any of the chain) and they probably don't care anyway. A social media celebrity for me, has become a first red flag.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Nusr-Et Steakhouse Abu Dhabi أبو ظبي to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Nusr-Et Steakhouse Abu Dhabi أبو ظبي!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
