Beautiful spot located in downtown Dubai. Service, very attentive. Food, standard european/french cuisine, Atmosphere, dressed to impress.
0/10
In Dubai LPM having disaster quality of service. If u don’t wanna ruin ur mood for the all evening- just don’t go there . Service is hit the bottom absolutely. Everything was so slow and waiters even ignored us and we had to repeat 2/3 times our orders . MANAGER ALEXANDER WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. And he asked us to leave the restaurant in rude way. Also he said it’s not a big deal if we will never come back. Is it okey ? I don’t think so.
Savoir-vivre meets the Middle East
La Petit Maison, or simply LMP, is probably one of the hottest restaurants in Dubai at the moment. A French brasserie with a corresponding menu, absolutely harmonious decor and highly trained staff. A stop at the long bar is worth a visit alone, but if you still fancy a table, it should be booked days in advance. Both expats and the locals enjoy the atmosphere and the excellent cuisine. Tourists rarely stray into this district. The prices are reasonable and stand up to comparison with other major international cities. Always worth a visit if you want to spend a dignified evening with business partners. I look forward to my next visit.
Aggressive and discriminatory
Please be aware if you are emarati or Khaleeji to stay away from a manager by the name name of baby Gilbert as his behavior is extremely discriminatory. I say this because he was kissing all his regular foreing customers and because my mom was in a 3abaya he treated her disrespectfully . I took my mother out to dinner yesterday & after my mother complained about horrible service and this manger by the name of Baby Gilbert reacted in a physically aggressive way towards me and my 63 year old mother . He called 4 security guards on my poor 63 mother .
Outstanding Cosmopolitan Restaurant
We routinely stay at the Cosmopolitan and enjoy trying the restaurants there. LPM is relatively new (it fills the space formerly occupied by Milos). The menu and many positive reviews intrigued us. Well, LPM, while pricey, is truly outstanding in its food and service. Our waiter, Angel, and our sommelier, Carla, offered excellent descriptions of food and sound advice. We opted for the green lentil salad, the Nicoise salad, and the grille Chilean sea bass. All were served family style and comprised the perfect meal for two. The lentil salad was so delicious and fresh tasting. The combination of lentils, apples, and a light dressing worked well alone, and with the sea bass. The Nicoise salad was unique and fabulous: a high bowl lined with lettuce spears surrounding the tomato slices, fresh tuna, green beans, and olives. The flavor of anchovies added to the salad's appeal. The shape of the bowl caused the final bits to be slightly overdressed, but that is a minor point given the wonder of the salad. The Chilean sea bass was spectacular--a thick, perfectly cooked portion of fish topped with a chili-lemon confit. The wonderfully oily flesh bespoke the reason this fish, done well, is so appealing. We loved the baguette service and the chance to create our own topping with the whole tomatoes and lemon that are part of each table's setting. We chose to mash tomato slices, then dress with lemon juice, olive oil, and freshly ground salt and pepper. What a great topping for the crusty bread. Just two very minor critiques: the menu's font size and color are extremely difficult to read (even on the website); and the coffee cups are awkward to hold due to the lack of balance when full.
Astrid and Fabrice
The food and atmosphere alway good, but tonight the staff were exceptional Fabrice and Astrid went above and beyond our expectations. They made a good night into a fabulous night.
Best French Food
Loved the ambience of this beautiful restaurant located on the waterfront. The French food was delicately prepared and it was excellent. Chef Yaya spoke to us about our preferences and then served us foie gras, Ceviche, escargots and a few other starters which were all superb. Our main course was duck confit and Sirloin which were both amazing. The fantastic food and beautiful ambience made it a perfect family experience
LPM Dubai impressed! Amazing food, lovely ambience, and top-notch service.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at LPM Dubai with my spouse. The food was exceptional, the ambience delightful, and the service impeccably attentive throughout our meal. Marco, the General Manager, particularly impressed with his warm professionalism and expert recommendations. We enjoyed his suggestions immensely and will definitely return. I look forward to recommending LPM Dubai to my friends visiting Dubai.
Consistently Good
We had a wonderful time. All of the LPM properties are always consistent and we always come here with our family and friends
Chic restaurant in DIFC
Fantastic evening in a very stylish setting in the wonderful DIFC mall A wonderful bar to have a pre-dinner cocktail prepares you for a very comfortable, yet stylish dining experience The decor is very chic, yet relaxed French style but never feels too fussy or formal All food amazing will definitely return
Nope.
Unexpectedly poor food, unexpected very good service. We had been there before and we really enjoyed. This time a poor experience, left the restaurant not satisfied at all. Ordered a scallop for appetizer, both me and my friend which was quite nice. My red mullet was tasteless, needed everything, even salt. The skin was not cooked, dry…even her steak was “fine” We chose this restaurant for the food actually but the service and staff was super nice and attentive. They offered us a dessert to recover. We appreciated the gesture. Wine was alright. The bread and the butter were great 😂 Dubai has a lot of really nice restaurants, step up your game otherwise you’ll lose customers.
French fine dining at its best
Exceptional by all means, every time I go to Le Petit Maison I get over excited and I dress up as if I have to attend a reception, I mean the place inspires a lot. Apart from the whole ambience which matters, the magnificent gastronomic journey to mouthwatering and inspired french dishes is unforgettable. My favorite starters are the yellowtail Carpaccio with guacamole, the aubergine with mozzarella and prawns and the fried calamari with paprica and for salad, of course the burrata with cherry tomatoes. I have tried most of the main courses but I am very fond of the grilled veal chop and the duck confit. I 'cheat' my diet always with the amazing crispy french fries with garlic rosemary. The grand finale comes always with the vanilla crème brûlée or the warm chocolate mousse with ice cream.
Unique French dining experience in Dubai
Top of French dining in Dubai. The innovation of the dishes is outstanding. The consistency or service is great with amazing ambience. The friendliness and the care of Baby and Farrel was exceptional. Also their knowledge of the dishes and the ingredients is unparalleled. A right spot to experience the Parisian food essence and the experience. Thank you LPM team
Birthday 🎉 Celebration
Family and friends birthday meal. Excellent Service Excellent food Would highly recommend LPM for a special occasion!
Wonderful french dining in the heart of Dubai's financial district
Can't say enough good things about LPM Dubai. All of the staff were great, the setting was beautiful with fantastic artwork everywhere. The food and drinks were all outstanding. Never tried a Tomatini but would definitely get it again! Without question, the best ratatouille I've ever had. I am still dreaming about the potatoes dauphinois. The baby chicken w/citron confit was delightful. Would definitely return.
Great business lunch
If you are in the area of Dubai financial center and you are looking for a great business lunch this is the perfect place. Ambience clean and calm, without crazy music like many places here in Dubai. The burrata with cherry tomatoes was tasty and well presented. The pasta dish was well prepared and the tiramisu was tasty but a bit small in quantity. Thank you to all the team. See you soon
Lovely but you need very deep pockets
We went with friends who had been a number of times and we had high expectations. The food was very good without being exceptional. I had fish and my husband had lamb. Both of us enjoyed the food but we have had better. The bill was over £350 for 2 including drinks. We have eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants, some more expensive some less. In our opinion it did not have the quality or luxury that would match the cost. We are unlikely to go again.
No brainer
Hits the mark every time. Nice room. Great service throughout. Fun. Food quality great. Loads of choice. Veal chops outstanding as was the gnocchi. Good but pricey wine selection. 100% recommend.
Still our favourite…
We always visit here when in Dubai and it never disappoints and is still our favourite. We always have l’escargot followed by the special chicken with foie gras.Wobderful venue, exceptional service, buzzy ambience, delicious food and extensive wine list.Highly recommend.
