Ok so let me start from the beginning. When we arrived at this hotel the elevators were a bit confusing but we figured it out. We were exhausted after our flight so we went to bed without checking out the room. Oh boy when we got back the next mornin
Parking for guests is $57.
50 a night, phone in room not working. Needed extra towels because they didn't leave enough. Had to walk down to front desk to get towels, told them about the phone not working. They didn't offer to home fix it. I returned to my room wit
Disappointing Stay – Smoke Smell and Noise Issues
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Hilton. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which seemed to come through the vents. The odor was so overwhelming that it lingered on our clothes and made the room extremely uncomfortable.
Don’t bother. Dirty and dated.
Common areas and location good. Room was a C. Dated and dusty. Nice views. Decent bed and bedding. Old furniture. Lamps and chairs full of dust. TV had no streaming. Bathroom was a D. For disgusting. Tub had mold and mildew. Tub floor was tan (no lon
Promote Tyanna! She should be the example employees follow.
Tyanna is amazing 100% management material. After hearing me have an issue with the level of service with Julia, Tyanna saved the day and straighten out the room reservation. The stay went very well after she intervened and it saved me having to call
Worst run hotel I ever stayed at
The location was great and that was the only positive. Wish I could give you zero stars. Worst run hotel Ive ever stayed at. Let me start by saying we were a large block of rooms for my daughters wedding, bringing them lots of business. We personall

After a late night where I booked a one night stay, I was woken up by housekeeping knocking loudly at my door at 8:30am despite checkout not being until 11am. This is far too early to be knocking on doors unless it's been confirmed that the gues
Unsafe Experience at Hilton Penn’s Landing
We arrived at 2am with our four children after reserving two rooms with two queen beds each. We had called earlier in the day to specifically request adjoining rooms, and we were assured that would be no problem. When we arrived, we were given two r
Between good and meh
Everything seems pretty good at first. Nice location, friendly check in. But it’s the details that matter, and that’s where this hotel falls short. You notice the outlet in the base of the lamp by the bed is falling out and doesn’t work. And
Perfect location
Loved the location, the staff and the food options! So easy to enjoy the riverfront, take the ferry across to the USS New Jersey, walk around and enjoy the area - also within walking distance of all the major historical attractions and the bus tour s
Nice stay on the waterfront
We only stayed two nights while in the city for a wedding but we enjoyed the waterfront location and the room. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed, nice sheets , towels and a mini fridge. The location was convenient for our event as we
Dated rooms but perfectly fine
Stayed for one night with our kids in two rooms. Checkin was super simple, manager was very nice and helpful. Rooms definitely need to be updated- bathtub was kind of peeling and bottom of dresser was scuffed and dented. Not a big deal at all but I c
This place is ghetto and run down.
The room we got was showing lots of wear and tear with broken outlet plugs (multiple ones did not work), holes in the comforter cover, A/C that stops working at full capacity at night, tub with standing water and dingey carpets. Safe in the room was
Very dissapointing.
We stayed here when it was owned by Hyatt when we had our wedding reception in 2014 when the hotel was truly 4 star. Our room on our anniversary was dirty, dusty, the sheet had a stain, the furniture was warped and cracked, the bathroom had peeling w

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton!! The staff was very friendly and hotel is beautiful. They have a good bar and the room was very spacious. They have a nice little coffee bar downstairs, too. My only complaint was the AC did not work very well.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
Horrible staff and service, insanely cramped--packed with people everywhere, long lines for elevators at all hours, rooms were subpar at best and parking is a shit show. By far the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. I actually loved Philadelphia
The views in a water view room are spectacular.
Fireworks on the water at night made our stay for my SOs birthday so special. The condition of the room needs a little work. bedding and towels were very clean, but the tub looked cruddy and wallpaper a bit dirty. I almost exclusively stay at Hilt
This stay was a big disappointment.
Our check in was very confusing. We had reserved 2 rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our daughter. They told us we had one room with a king bed! Although they changed us to a room with 2 queens, it was still unacceptable. We waited until a

The staff is exceptionally nice, but for a Hilton this is a miss. It needs some updating. The staff is seriously SO great and these things are clearly out of their control. The temperature controls for the rooms don't work that well and it was
Everything! At darn near $500 a night.
This was probably the worst hotel experience I had had in a while. The rooms are dated (outdated that is), very dusty half cleaned or stocked with soap, lotion ect. All I heard from the staff is no we can't accommodate. I had simple requests. As
