Amazing food and environment best customer service.
Beautiful clean establishment they never disappoint.
Has been a while since I visited Eddie V's but happy to say
Has been a while since I visited Eddie V's but happy to say that it's still a really nice place with wonderful ambiance, delicious food, and most importantly, the best staff! Everyone definitely knows what they are talking about when it comes to every single item on the menu and outside of it (was super impressed with their wine knowledge). They also have the most creative and delicious cocktails. Of course, all the seafood and oysters are second to none, so hard to find a good and consistent place. I also love their green salads and truffle Mac and cheese. They have a large parking lot as well as valet parking!
Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Amazing restaurant
Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Amazing restaurant from start to finish . Went for a birthday dinner it was mine and my cousin birthday dinner our birthdays are 1 day apart . Amazing staff , very professional , elegant and willing to share recommendations. I don't think you can go wrong with any thing you choose . Our party had 8 people and everyone food was exceptional. We didn't do appetizers but everyone did an entree and sides are shareable sizes . I believe we 4-5 sides for 8 people and had some left over to take home. The Brussel sprouts were on point, my personal favorite . I couldn't have any (dairy allergy) but everyone raved of the Mac and cheese . I had a black Cod special my aunt had the sea bass , cousin had the lamb chops everyone else had steak of some sort . Everything was amazing . Desert was amazing we all got different assortments . Me and my cousin got a mini banana Foster's and oh my goodness was it good . You will spend a pretty penny for a special occasion this place is pretty amazing! You can't go wrong !

My parents and I went to Eddie V's for their thirtieth anniversary. Our server Daniel was extremely kind and thorough. We had the best time.

Came here for a happy hour on a Wednesday and it was hoppin' and I know why! This is such a beautiful restaurant with incredible choices! This is just the review I'm happy hour menu as we had a limited time (our table was reserved for later, but they got us in!) The happy hour wine is perfect and a great price, we got the red. The server, Carly was just wonderful and helpful. We were well taken care of! I got the beet salad with Barrera and it was awesome! We also shared the tar tar was amazing, the truffle sauce they used is excellent. The seafood tower looks epic and I can't wait to try on my next visit. If you're in the bar it does get loud especially with live music. Once they started playing we couldn't hear each other, so don't sit there if you want to have a conversation or for romance! Otherwise, excellent food, drinks, service and atmosphere! The parking is weird, so just use valet as it's comped.
Nice steak house.
Had the chili rubbed New York strip and Brussels sprouts. Enjoyed the steak thoroughly. The Brussels were ok but not my favorite. Service is impeccable and our waiter Stephen - and his little brother - were quick to make sure we were happy.
Great vibe!! We will be back.
Loved the service too. Food was amazing and the ambience was seductive. Yawr.
Place it good but way over priced for everything.
If you want to be seen then this is the place. But better food else ware.
Always a lovely place to go for a business dinner or family
Always a lovely place to go for a business dinner or family celebration. Good mix of music, food, seafood, and steaks. The live music and innovative cocktails are always a great way to kick off the weekend.
Tried the special menu with shrimp appetizer and filet
Tried the special menu with shrimp appetizer and filet steak and dessert the other night. The steak was cooked perfectly with a bit of a charred outside. The banana foster dessert was quite a presentation and the side of ice cream made it perfect. Excellent staff ready to help made the evening quite special. I really like the atmosphere of the seating area, just enough lighting.
First of all, the service is impeccable.
The food is amazing. The steaks are delicious and prepared to perfection. All 6 of had steaks and each and everyone were cooked to the correct temperature. Great appetizers and salads. The deserts were amazing. Ask to sit in Dominic's station for a great experience.
It was okay.
We went for our Christmas dinner and the Hostess was A big nasty snob. I like Elway's more.
My husband and I came to celebrate a late Valentine's Day.
We didn't try the seafood this time around and instead ordered the filet flight. It was ok! I've had better steak at other restaurants. We ordered some cocktails, 24 Karat and Golden Hour, which I highly recommend! We also ordered the truffled macaroni and cheese and the honey siracha roasted Brussels sprouts with cashews which was delicious! We had the bananas foster butter cake to finish the night and it was cool to see it flambéed table side. Would be interested in trying their happy hour next time!
Wow wow wow! The place is sleek and elegant.
Professional, clean ans knowledgeable staff. I felt like a queen! The seafood tower... unbelievable. The place is pricey but oh so so good! The hype is real and if you're looking to impress, this will definitely do it! Melt in your mouth good
This is the place to go when you're looking for ambience,
This is the place to go when you're looking for ambience, service and to dress up and be around other people that are dressed up. The food is good but not amazing, certainly not a foodie type of place. But I really can't think of a better place to go if you're looking to dress-and-impress, an exquisite date night place. The best things I ate here were the table bread, oysters, and truffle mac & cheese. I loved the atomic horseradish that came with the oysters, a very delicious pairing. I did think the ahi tuna entree with the side of wasabi was unique, fun and interesting, but wouldn't get it again. The crab cake was decent with large lumps of crab, but texture and flavor-wise it fell a little short compared to others I've had. The chilean sea bass was disappointing, lacking flavor and any sort of satisfying texture. I did not care for the lobster bisque, it's $20 with one small piece of lobster and nothing to dunk in the broth. The caesar salad had some unappetizing tomato garnishes on it and these huge pieces of cheese, just wasn't a pleasant eat. Cocktails are hit-or-miss. The hope diamond and 24 karat were way too sugary and the glasses were sticky. But the smoked old fashion is amazing, it has these delicious chocolate bitters in it that create quite an amazing pairing. To put it in a perspective that I think is helpful, 801 Fish and Water Grill downtown have much better food in my opinion, but nothing near the ambience of this place. In fact, I'm not sure what the main differentiators are between this place and Ocean Prime. In front there are $250k+ cars at the valet (McLarens, etc). Why millionaires from Cherry Hills would go here to eat is beyond me, I guess because of that rich ambience.
Haven't had one thing here I haven't enjoyed!! I got the
Haven't had one thing here I haven't enjoyed!! I got the seabass and asked to have it seared rather than steamed, game changer for sure! Also love their crab fried rice! Their old fashions have chocolate bitters and are to die for!
My wife and I have been coming here for the past couple
My wife and I have been coming here for the past couple years. They always have really good food and great service.
It was pretty good, but for the price, I think there are
It was pretty good, but for the price, I think there are other spots that are equally as tasty, high quality, and more cost efficient. The fried rice is and the seafood tower is pretty standard. We ordered several things (I just can't remember all of the others, because they didn't particularly stand out to me). Service was just fine and the ambience is really nice, chill, and intimate.
Great service and delicious food
Drinks and dinner with friends. We were seated in the bar and enjoyed the live entertainment. Service was on point! My friend and I enjoyed the Hope Diamond drink, hubs had smoked old fashioned. Caesar salad to start and branzino and ahi tuna for entrees. Both were very tasty!
Good service, food, but pricey
We gathered here for our granddaughters 25th birthday. The atmosphere is good, and the food was very good. My son and family ordered the seafood tower. The price just went up to $140, but it was enough for 3 people. The assortment they said was excellent. My wife and I ordered the 8 oz filets. They were very good but for $48 they could have come with a small side. The side orders were $12 and up. Our server, Caryn D was excellent and there for us at all times. Overall, very good meals, and a great time. I guess I will just have to get used to the high prices since the 2020 election.
Fish, Steak, Ho-hum
It's more like a steakhouse than a fish house, but the fish choices were good. I was hosting a group of 11. The atmosphere was fine in a traditional steakhouse manner. The service could not have been better. The food could have been. It wasn't at all bad, but it seemed somewhat "as usual." The fish was dry, one person said. Others indicated that, as I, they thought the food was good, but no OMGs. Better than Shanahan's, that's for sure, but that's not hard to be, in my opinion.
Great dinner, but the Band was way to loud for the venue.
Food - 5, Service (Jason) - 10!!, noise - 0! Great dinner in the bar, food outstanding, drinks excellent, service outstanding. Noise, after the band started, was terrible. Decibels 90-100 according to SoundPrint. Could not hear a conversation across the table. Asked the Manager to turn it down a couple times to no avail. If you go on the weekend, ask for table 31, behind the wine wall to be away from the bar noise. That said, I think it was the band that was too loud for the venue (April 22). Great food, good drinks, excellent service (thanks Jason!!). Noise, terrible.
First time coming here ate at the bar.
Perfect for one person. They gave me the perfect amount of bread 2 slices. The mango mule was delicious, the steak was cooked perfect. The only criticism is the stuffed shrimp. They are not jumbo and the stuffing is meh! Not much flavor on the shrimp , for 20 for 2 shrimp I expect better. The steak though cooked perfect lacked flavor as well. The service was great and prompt! And the ambience is relaxing and soothing to the soul. Definitely come back try something different
5 Stars Isn't Enough
Eddie V's is possibly the best restaurant in the Denver area right now. Granted we haven't tried them all but we do dine out a lot, and when it comes to fresh seafood and impeccable service, the only other place that comes to mind is Sushi Den. From the ambience to the service to the food, everything at Eddie V's clicked on all cylinders. Our server Stephanie was as professional, knowledgeable and personable as they come. She was always around when we needed her and yet we never felt overserved either. And don't get me started on the food! --Oysters: fresh as they come, served with a perfect mignonette. --Tableside Steak Tartare: expertly prepared at the table with a spot on flavor profile. --Tuna Tartare: absolutely fresh and delicious. Georges Bank Scallops: simply the best prepared scallops I've had in 10 years. --Chilean Sea Bass: my wife fell is love with this fish and preparation. Eddie V's was just about perfection from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I have not experienced a finer restaurant in quite a long time, but this place left us speechless. I have one last word: go!
Carly made magic for our trio on a Tuesday night.
To start, Carly and her co-workers provided great service, a complete and in-depth knowledge of the menu and a lot of great little touches that made the night special. The food itself was great, we were happy with the two fish items, the calamari, the bone-in Ribeye and the Caesar salad. The drinks and desert sampler were very good as well. All that said, everything from the valet to the the manager went above and beyond with a true care of customer service. I really enjoyed it, and am glad we went.

Food quality, service quality and ambiance is of the highest degree. Expensive but well worth the cost.
Ambiance was great.
Our waiter was super sweet and helpful. Ensured the birthday girl (my friend) was made to feel special. The food was great.
Everything from the service to the food was fantastic
Everything from the service to the food was fantastic oysters that we ordered were fresh and delicious steak was amazing. Steak tartare, prepared the table fresh super tasty. It's expensive but worth it. In my opinion, the restaurant gave us a complementary dessert, bananas, foster which they lit on fire at the table. Everything about the meal was spot on. I would definitely go there again, and I definitely would recommend it.
Had dinner with my husband for the first time and this
Had dinner with my husband for the first time and this place didn't disappointed me. The service was A-1 the atmosphere espectacular and the food exquisite. I wish the African Lobster would have been more juicy and not too dry. Other than we had a great experience. Highly recommended.
My family has frequented this restaurant for years living
My family has frequented this restaurant for years living in the area. My parents have graciously paid for multiple dinners for me and my husband for various occasions via phone. During a crazy circumstanceIn which I got a flat tire on my way home I decided to stop by this restaurant to wait for AAA for over 2 hours. With no wallet I used my Colorado ID. I had my card information, multiple sources of ID's. When that wasn't accepted I had my relations call and offer to put my 1 drink on their card. They made a huge scene at the bar and took down my information in front of a large audience like a criminal. I have never been treated this way in my life. Apparently I will have to visit, in person, to pay for my one drink. Obviously I will do that with no qualms but for the situation to be treated as such was incredibly unprofessional. Especially after spending K++ over the years on personal and client dinners. This is no longer a family treat destination.

A Perfect Evening!
What a perfect Sunday evening! Our server Sophie was incredible. We had a 6 year old grandson with him and she treated him like a mini-adult. He loved it! We started out with cocktails and appetizers. Oysters, calimari, lobster tacos and homemade bread. All were perfect and all were devoured. The guys all had steaks that were perfectly cooked. A lobster tail appeared and was incredible. We split the 60 oz Tomahawk ribeye. Wow, what a fine piece of meat. We all shared the crab fried rice. Highly recommended. Dessert was the Flaming Bananas Foster Cake. If you don’t love this dessert then just go home. The service was 5 Star all the way. The food is 5 stars all the way. This is the perfect place for a perfect evening. Don’t forget Happy Hour, Sunday-Thursday, 4pm-630. A great deal.
First visit, but will not be our last.
Everything about it was excellent!. We were a group of 9 from ages 71 down to 4. The table was very comfortable, noise was average so we could talk and hear each other. Cocktails were delicious!Service from Stephanie and her team was off the charts. I had the filet and lobster tail melted in my mouth. The sides were plentiful and very tasty. Dessert was TO DIE FOR. Order the Banas Foster cake. I may just order that next time. Dont hesitatel Make your resv now...forget Del Friscos, Shanahan, Eddie Merlots...Eddie V's is where you want to be!!

It was out first time coming to Eddie V's and the service and food we received was the best we have had in years and loved every bit of it!
This place was fantastic.
Took my Mom for a special occasion and they really stepped up to make it memorable. Food was excellent as well. Will be back and highly recommend.
