Hi I am new to the platform. What happens if I bid on a restaurant reservation expires and no one has responded to the request?

Best AnswerHey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

My reservation expired but I did not get a credit and I see no way to cancel. How do I the funds back as a credit?

I am still waiting to find out how to get my funds back into my account (not even refunded) after reservation has expired. I did not receive a working answer via email.

I have a similar question, it seems like when money is refunded it doesnt go immediately what is the process of this since its essentially a debit card and not a credit card

What does this mean? So if your bid goes unanswered you are immediately refunded? Or do you have to do something else? Please help
