My family of five wanted to join the waitlist for Din Tai Fung at UTC mall. When we checked, the wait was already 2 hours, so we tried to join online—but parties of 5+ have to check in in person. Four of us were at the mall, one was still at home.

Not Good For Business Meetings
Do not make a business lunch reservation here!! They will NOT seat you unless your entire party is present, extremely inconvenient for meeting clients. Also they only have one long line to get checked in, regardless if you have a reservation or not.
